All writing, itineraries and design on this site belong to HawaiiTravelers unless stated otherwise. You are welcome to read, print and use anything here for planning your own travel. You may quote a short extract with a visible link back to the original page.
You may not republish substantial parts of the site, resell the itineraries or use the content to train machine learning models or generate derivative travel content without written permission.
Photography is licensed from Unsplash and Pexels contributors under those services' own licenses, both of which permit commercial use without attribution, and remains the work of the individual photographers. Every photograph on the site records its photographer and source URL, and we will name or remove any image on request from the person who made it.
Accuracy
Travel information dates quickly. Reservation systems, opening hours, prices, road access and volcanic activity all change, sometimes at short notice. We research from official sources and update regularly, but we make no guarantee that everything here is current or complete at the moment you read it. Always confirm with the relevant park, operator or agency before you travel.
Safety
Hawaii carries real physical risk. Surf, rip currents, flash flooding, altitude, volcanic gases and unmarked trails injure and kill visitors every year. Nothing on this site is a substitute for local advice, posted warnings, lifeguards or your own judgement on the day. You take part in any activity described here entirely at your own risk, and you are responsible for assessing conditions and your own ability.

We link to other sites, including affiliate partners. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, their prices or their privacy practices. Bookings you make with a third party are a contract between you and them.
